Welcome Message

Welcome from Pastor Rick

Good morning, and a mighty welcome of faith and hope from First Presbyterian-Falls City, Nebraska. We gather not as isolated individuals but as a unified community bound by love and shared values. Our faith is not a solitary path but a global family, each of us cherished and valued in the eyes of our Creator.

We recall the profound truth we celebrated on Easter morning—that we are part of the sacred story of the Crucifixion, the Resurrection, and the promise of Salvation. As we woke up that Easter morning, we embraced our identity as followers of Jesus, committing to walk in His footsteps and embody His teachings.

Every day, we strive to deepen our understanding that our God is a God of relationships. By living out the message of Easter, we strengthen our connection with God and one another and cultivate a culture of love and compassion that binds us together. Through Jesus Christ, we experience the limitless love of our creative God, whose focus is on each one of us. This love and compassion inspire us to be better and more like Christ.

Join us for a unique Worship Service this Sunday at 11:00 a.m., either in person or online, at 20th and Harlan Streets, Falls City, Nebraska. Experience the warmth and inclusivity of our Wednesday Mosaic Table (WMT) on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month from 6:00 to 7:15 p.m. We eagerly anticipate your presence at these special gatherings, where you will be warmly welcomed and accepted.

Thank you for considering us. In our community, all are not just welcomed, but loved and affirmed. We are unafraid and can thrive as we journey together in our faith. May our lives be filled with the joy and gratitude that comes from the abundant blessings of our loving God.

Blessings to you on this day!
